The Art of Living Well Podcast®

Mar 10, 2021

We are thrilled to bring you today’s guest, Audrey Holst.

Audrey helps people reform their perfectionism to create a life that makes a difference. Her work uses a combination of mindfulness and neuroscience tools and combines over a decade of experience teaching yoga and mindfulness.  Audrey has a deep knowledge of the nervous system and extensive training and work as a Certified Professional Coach through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). Through her Fortitude & Flow® Process, Audrey guides individuals and groups through a holistic experience to shift the way they approach themselves and the things that matter to them – for good.

During our conversation today with Audrey, we talk a lot about perfectionism and what happens to your body when it is in a state of high stress. We discuss the idea of laziness and multi-tasking.

We also learn about Audrey's special process that she uses to help guide people to transform their lives called Fortitude and Flow.  She shares many practical tips that are super helpful.  You won't want to miss this episode!
