Let's Celebrate the 50th Anniversary of Earth Day!

We are both so excited to celebrate Earth Day and today's episode will inspire you to make small and easy changes in your day-to-day life to help improve the health of our planet.

Please excuse our incorrect mention of Northern Italy in relation to viewing the Himalayan mountains.  One silver lining from the stay at home/Coronavirus pandemic is that residents of Northern India are able to see these mountains for the first time in decades (not Northern Italy).

Below are a few tips that we share, which you can start doing today to help leave the earth a better place for future generations, but don't forget to tune into the entire episode for all of our suggestions.

-Ditch the plastic and purchase a reusable water bottle. Check out our new stainless steel water bottle, which can be used for hot and cold beverages at .

-Swap out your plastic food storage containers for glass ones.  Reuse glass jars that you purchase for sauces, pickles, condiments etc.

-Turn off water when you're brushing your teeth and be mindful of how much water you're using when you wash dishes etc.

-Bike or walk instead of driving, if possible.

-Turn off the lights when you're not in the room.
