The Art of Living Well Podcast®

May 12, 2021

We are thrilled to welcome today’s guest, Jina Seavall. Jina has been helping people feel more in tune with their true nature and vitality since 2002. Jina guides clients using hypnosis to experience and learn from their past lives so they can make the most of this life. Jina believes that we can use the body as an instrument to create clarity and gain insight and wisdom so we can live to our fullest potential.  One of the ways we can do this is by connecting with our eternal soul’s history through past lives to make more sense of who we are today. Find out more about her work and listen to her podcast, Past Lives & the Divine.

During our fascinating conversation we talk about how a person can use hypnosis and past life regressions to make their life better in the current moment. We dove into what it is like to get your brain into that relax state where you are going into the subconscious mind as that is where every memory is stored. We discussed spirit guides and the power of writing down your journey after the regression. We loved this powerful and enlightening conversation and we can't wait to share it with our listeners and dive and try some past life regressions ourselves!
