The Art of Living Well Podcast®

May 5, 2021

We are thrilled to welcome today’s guest, Jean Ketcham who is Aging but Dangerous. Years ago, she made the conscious decision to live a life of fun, spirit and style, and she’s never looked back.

After retiring, Jean discovered that 55+ women were not living up to their true potential. Their social circles were shrinking and their lifestyles were becoming less stimulating and less adventurous. That’s when Jean, founded Aging but Dangerous and committed to making a difference. Aging but Dangerous is an internationally acclaimed movement for women focusing on healthy aging and living life dangerously with fun, spirit and style! They inspire women aged 50, 60, 70, and 80+ to control their destinies and make their dreams come true. Their mission is to help you develop your limitless potential.

Jean is a firm believer in having a bucket list and she shares why this is so important, as well as some of the fun things on her list.

During our conversation we talk about how Jean’s upbringing and role models shaped her positive attitude.  Her Aging But Dangerous community has lead women on sky diving adventures, hosted fashion shows and even colonoscopy parties.

Jean shares her tips on how she lives a healthy, fulfilling and joyful life as like us, she believes that staying healthy makes a huge difference in how we age.

One of the key themes of this conversation is that Jean loves life and she embraces her life every single day, which resonates throughout this episode. Simply being in Jean’s presence will inspire and encourage you to look forward to every stage of life.  We had so much fun talking with Jean and know that you will love today’s conversation too.
