The Art of Living Well Podcast®

Apr 21, 2021

We are so excited to welcome today’s guest Lindsey Bomgren, who is the fitness-loving content creator behind Nourish, Move, Love (NML).  NML is a health and fitness lifestyle site devoted to helping women create a lifestyle and body they love through — quick and effective workouts, simple and delicious recipes and faith based devotionals.

Lindsey started NML in 2015 as a ‘blog’ to create and sell 20 minute home workout videos and she has been working tirelessly to deliver the perfect classes to fit the busy mom's schedule ever since.  Lindsey doesn't film workout videos to give you six pack abs or a nice butt. She films workout videos because she knows fitness makes her a better wife, mother, friend and human…and she wants to share that with you too.

Lindsey is an amazing group fitness instructor, cheering you on and motivating you to keep going and pushing yourself and she offers many options and modifications during the workout. You literally feel like you’re in a studio with her during class. Her workouts are geared to everyone, from the beginner to the advanced skill level individual. Her library of exercise classes include: HIIT, body weight, barre, yoga, kettlebell, dumbbell and so much more. We love how Lindsey focuses on strength classes, which is so important for women as they age to protect their bone health.

Lindsey has numerous certifications and trainings including: Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor, NASM Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist, PROnatal Fitness Pre/Postnatal Training Specialist, Prenatal Yoga Certified, Barre Certified and is a Lifetime Academy Graduate.

Lindsey’s motto is: Pray often. Move your body. Eat your veggies. Love others and yourself.  She’s your personal trainer at home and if you aren’t already a fan of her online workouts, you will be after today’s episode.
