The Art of Living Well Podcast®

Feb 24, 2021

We are excited to bring you today’s guest, Udo Erasmus.

The legendary Udo Erasmus is the founder of Udo's Choice, a line of oils and probiotics found in Whole Foods and other health food stores worldwide. Udo first pioneered Flax Seed Oil and invented the machinery that brought healthy oils to the market.

In our conversation you'll hear Udo's personal story about how he got very ill from pesticide poisoning, which in turn motivated him to get serious about healing himself at a core level. Putting his science background to use, Udo learned a lot about health and nutrition and turned his knowledge into practical advice for others. This is why Udo’s Choice health products exist today.

Udo is an acclaimed author, speaker and expert on TOTAL SEXY HEALTH. He has an 8 step process that takes into consideration all of the elements of whole health that includes our mental health, presence and awareness, our life energy and being in harmony with nature and humanity.

Udo has presented at Tony Robbins events (on oils) and Deepak Chopra's (on peace) and has sold over 250,000 books. Udo’s background includes studies in Biochemistry, Genetics and Biology and Nutrition as well as a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology.

We had a fascinating conversation with Udo, and we dove into the nuts and bolts of oils and how to use them, and then we went on to talk about his Total Sexy Health 8 step process and finally about living in harmony and alignment. You will not want to miss this enlightening conversation.
