The Art of Living Well Podcast®

Mar 25, 2020

Today’s guests are the founders of Rawr Organic Bars, Jake and Rachel Beaudry. They are an amazing husband and wife team who left their finance careers a couple of years ago to pursue their passion of creating a clean protein bar while making a global impact and giving back to those in need.  Both Jake and Rachel were involved in the fitness world, which you’ll hear more about in today’s conversation, but couldn’t find a protein bar that fit their needs so they started making their own in their kitchen.  They never had any intent of bringing it to market.

After working in rural Mozambique for three months in late 2018, Jake & Rachel headed back home to MN where they went into full-time development to launch Rawr Bar that June.

Stephanie was fortunate enough to meet Jake & Rachel at her local farmers’ market in Minneapolis (@lindenhillsfarmmarket) in the summer of 2018 and instantly became a fan of their dark chocolate + almond butter protein bar. Jack and Rachel are so passionate about using clean ingredients that are free of gluten, dairy, soy and refined sugar as well as a strong desire to give back and help feed starving children around the world.

The Rawr Organics bar is protein packed and made with high quality, organic ingredients designed to fuel your body with nutrient dense real food and fuel your bold pursuit in life.

We are so excited for you to be inspired by this conversation today. Jake and Rachel each share their unique health and wellness journeys, which has lead them on their path to where they are today.

You will hear about leaving their corporate jobs and all of the amazing charitable work that they do.

Rawr is offering a special discount for all of our listeners to try their delicious organic plant-based protein bars.  Simply use code RealFood10 for 10% off an online order at checkout.
